Our warehouse is located in Florida, so anytime the outside temperature exceeds 80 degrees you will be prompted at checkout to select priority shipping. This will help ensure your gummies get to you safe and sound. Should your gummies have any damage during the priority shipping, we will send you a replacement or refund you. If you chose standard shipping regardless of the temperature warning, we will not be responsible for any damages to the product and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
